Delete your account

From the app, in two taps

Open Nalora and go to Profile → Delete account. The app asks once and, if you say yes, it's gone. No need to write to us or wait for anything.

What is deleted

• Your account and your way of signing in.
• Your budgets and all their expenses, also on the phones of people who shared them with you.
• Your name, your notifications, your Nalora Pro and everything this phone had stored.

What stays

• What you logged in other people's budgets: it is part of that budget's arithmetic, and deleting it would change somebody else's numbers. It stays without your name.
• Whatever the stores keep about a purchase, which isn't ours to handle: ask Google Play or the App Store for that.

When

Straight away. No copy waits around: the deletion runs against the server while the app shows you it finished. It cannot be undone.

If you can't get into the app

Write to hello@nalorastudio.com from the account's address and we'll delete it for you.
